The dynamic pass boxes allow operation in hygienic and particle-free conditions as the continuous flushing of the working area by vertical, unidirectional, and ultra-filtered airflow assures a complete product protection.
Our Static Type Pass Boxes are designed at our in-house manufacturing unit minimize the contamination entry into clean room, enables parts, tools, and other work items to be passed to and from the room. The unit acts as an air-locking device preventing the ambient air from entering. Or clean air from getting out of the clean room.
These booths are used to control any hazardous emission of powders or dust during the product sampling, powder dispensing, or bag dispensing etc. without the risk to the operator or environment/ Downdraught prevents airborne dusts caused by weighing and dispensing operations rising into the operator’s breathing zone. The air that gets forced downwards is the extracted at lower level of the booth’s filtration system, where dust particles are contained at every level of filtration prior to being re- circulated back into the booth’s air stream.
